SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 1992
KEY BISCAYNE COMMUNITY CHURCH

KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Conte at 10 20 p m
Present were Trustees Brody, Fried, Hill, Rasco, Sime, Vice
Mayor Sullivan, and Mayor Conte Also present were Village Manager
Kissinger, Acting Village Clerk Neustadt, and Community Development
Director Sobrino
A motion was made by Trustee Rasco, seconded by Trustee Fried,
to add as item 4A a memo from Village Manager Kissinger regarding
a proposed grant application to the United States Department of
Commerce, Economic Development Division
The motion was adopted unanimously by a 7-0 vote of the
members present
A motion was made by Trustee Brody, seconded by Trustee Hill
to accept the recommendation of the Local Planning Agency and
authorize the Village Manager to negotiate a contract with Robert
Swarthout, Inc
The motion was adopted by a 6-1 vote with Vice Mayor Sullivan
voting no
The memorandum of the Village Manager regarding a grant
application to the United States Department of Commerce, Economic
Development Division was discussed
A motion was made by Trustee Brody, seconded by Trustee Rasco,
to defer this item until the Special Meeting of the Board of
Trustees scheduled for September 18, 1992 at 8 00 a m in the
Village Office Conference Room
The motion was adopted unanimously by a 7-0 vote of the
members present
The meeting was adjourned at 10 45 p m
