SPECIAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
VILLAGE MANAGER CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS
7:00 P.M., Monday, February 10, 1992
Key Biscayne Presbytarian Church Fellowship Hall
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS. the meeting was called to
order at 6 30 by Mayor Conte The following Trustees were also
present Clifford Brody, Mortimer Fried, Michael Hill, Joe Rasco
and Vice Mayor Ray Sullivan
DISCUSSION WITH JIM PARRISH, CONSTULANT, FLORIDA PUBLIC MANAGEMENT
GROUP INC. - Mr Parrish reviewed with the Board sample questions
to be asked of the candidates, and suggested that the Board use
the sample questions in the interview process, as well as any
questions the Board felt were relevant for the position He
suggested that the Board ask each of the applicants the same
questions, to the extent possible
INTERVIEWS. The Board interviewed Village Manager Candidates C
William Hargett and C Samuel Kissinger, individually, through a
series of questions suggested by the Consultant
ADJOURNMENT* Following the interviews, Mayor Conte adjourned the
meeting at 9 47 p m
