CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 643 an ordinance amending
the regulations of the Commer-
cial -Neighborhood zoning district.
The district removes automobile
repair shops from the list of con-
ditional uses, adds existing sin-
gle-family homes as allowed inter-
im uses, and amends requirements
for landscaped bufferyards.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
