CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 645, an ordinance amending
the side yard setback requirements
of the Rural Residential 1 zoning
district. The ordinance reduces the
required side yard setback for Iota
5 acres or greater in size to 20 feet.
Lots under 5 acres in size also re-
quire a minimum 20-foot side set-
back. The full text of the ordinance
Is available from the city clerk at
Medina city hap during regular busi-
ness tours.
