Emergency Meeting of the Board of Trustees of
Village of Key Biscayne, Florida
Called by Mayor Rafael Conte
Call to Order 1 40 p m , August 24, 1992
Present Rafael Conte, Raymond Sullivan, Clifford Brody,
Joseph Rasco, Mortimer Fried, - a quorum
The Emergency Meeting was called to assess damage and to authorize
the cleaning of trees from blocking the roads
A motion was made by J Rasco to authorize the expense of
$12,000 00 per day for a maximum of four days for Friendly Tree
Service and Ron Erbel to clear the streets and roads of Key
Biscayne Seconded by M Fried Motion passed unanimously
Meeting adjourned at 2 00 p m
