RESOLUTION APPROVING A GIFT OF TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS: From time to time, this community is the beneficiary of a gift donated
towards improving the quality and spirit of its inhabitants' lives; and
WHEREAS: Athena Health, formerly of Watertown, has offered to generously
donate numerous pieces of office furniture intended for City and School
Departments; and,
WHEREAS: This generous gift of office furniture will assist with furnishing many City
and School Departments, including the Parker Annex.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council ofthe City of
Watertown, hereby accepts pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 44,
Section 53AI/2, a gift of office furniture from Athena Health, formerly of Watertown.
