RESOLUTION NO. 77 -1666
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A TENTATIVE SUBDIVI-
SION MAP (TRACT 33529)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by its Resolution No.
77 -758PC has recouunended the approval, of Tentative Subdivision
Map of Tract 33529.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council, after a public hearing,
Environmental Impact Report, and determination that such map
complies with the General Plan, does hereby approve said
Tentative Subdivision Map, subject to each, every and all of
the conditions set forth in Resolution No. 77- 758PC, with the
following revisions:
15. That a 6 -ft. high view - obscuring, permanent wall
shall be erected and maintained along the interior
perimeter of the subject property.
The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall certify to
the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVA) and ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution, being
Resolution No. 77 -1666, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 16th day
of August, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Greenberg
