Notice of Public Hearing on
Proposed Barnstable County Ordinance No. 13-04
On April 17, 2013, at 1:45 p.m., the Standing Committee on Finance will hold a public
hearing on Proposed County Ordinance 13-04: To add to the County's operating budget for
Fiscal Year 2013, as enacted in Ordinance 12-04, by making supplemental appropriations for the
Fiscal Year two-thousand and thirteen for Public Safety (Fire Training Academy) and County
Services (Dredge). The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of
Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530, e-mailed to the office
(aofd @barnstablecounty.org), or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly at the First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable,
MA 02630.
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 13-04 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each
town in Barnstable County, is accessible on the County website at www.barnstablecounty.org
(Assembly of Delegates tab), and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, the Board of County Commissioners, Superior Courthouse, Route 6A,
Barnstable, MA.
