The Board signed the Certificate for Entry into 41A for Ann Romich, 48 Grandfather's Lane, and the Chapter 61A lien for CBI Farm Operations LLC, 3038-3044 Main Street. The owners of the properties at 578 and 580 Gull's Way, and Arthur and Diane Romme, appeared before the Board to discuss their properties, and the restrictions that limit their use. New Business: Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 13 Real Estate Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter gxecutive Session at 6:33. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes The Board exited Executive Session at 7:20. Plresent: Assessors Hayes, Salomone and Eyestone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the F'Y13 Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1. After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to deny the application for 838 Great Fields Road because the inspection of the property resulted in an increased valuation for the property. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes, Eyestone-yes. The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:33 p.m..
