Board of Assessors Meeting

Members Present: Diane Salomone, Howard Hayes and Belinda Eyestone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor

Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the meeting of February 14, 2013
(Salomone abstaining)
New Business:
The Board voted unanimously to transfer the following amounts from Overlay to Overlay
Surplus: $25,000 from FY 05; $4,726 from FY 09; $125,000 from FY 10; and $40,000 from
FY 11.
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 12 and 13 Real
estate Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter
Executive Session at 6:10. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes
The Board exited Executive Session at 6:50.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.

Board of Assessors Meeting
March 11,2013
Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 6:10 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes, Salomone and Eyestone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately
'the Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
FY13 Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list
attached hereto as Addendum 1.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote
was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes, Eyestone-yes.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:50.
