The Board unanimously approved the Clause 41A Deferral application for William Lyman, 236 Old Long Pond Road. Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2014 Real Estate and Personal Property Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 6:02. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes. The Board exited Executive Session at 6:45. Present: Assessors Hayes, Eyestone and Salomone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate and Personal Property Abatement Applications. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the Personal Property Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2.
