Board of Assessors Meeting
November 6,2013
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
Old Business:
New Business:
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2014 Real Estate
and Personal Property Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was
taken to enter Executive Session at 5:40. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:25.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
2-0.

Board of Assessors Meeting
November 6,2013
Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 6:02 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes, Eyestone (left at 6:05) and Salomone, and Deputy Assessor David
Tately
The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate and Personal Property
Abatement Applications.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Personal Property Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list
attached hereto as Addendum 1.
After discussion on each application,the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached
hereto as Addendum 2.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to deny each of the Real
Estate Abatement Applications, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 3.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote
was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:25.
