COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 2, 2018
CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin and President Pro Tempore Ken Hussey,
Councilman Rick Prather called the July 2, 2018 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at
5:50 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Hensley, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Wiseman, and Ward
Absent: Hussey
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Prayer
- Councilman Prather will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Carolyn McDowell and Bob Priddy will present the American R evolution
Bicentennial, 1776 – 1976 City of Jefferson, Missouri – Bicentennial
Community certificate and flag.
Bills Introduced
- Sonny Sanders, Director of Planning and Protective Services will present Bill s
2018-021, 2018-022, and 2018-023.
- Matt Morasch, Director of Public Works will present Bill 2018-024.
- Ryan Moehlman, City Counselor, along with Randy Al len, President/CEO
Organizational Oversight for the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce
will present Bill 2018-025.

- Matt Morasch will present Bill 2018-019
- Todd Spalding, Director of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry will present Bill
2018-020.
Mayor Tergin arrived at the pre-meeting at 5:53 p.m.
