In addition, contractors must be required to pay wages not less than once a week. The non-federal entity must place a copy of the current prevailing wage determination issued by the Department of Labor in each solicitation. Vendor will work in good faith to address Participating Entity concerns. K. ACCESS TO RECORDS (2 C.F.R. § 200.336). Vendor agrees that duly authorized representatives of a federal agency must have access to any books, documents, papers and records of Vendor that are directly pertinent to Vendor's discharge of its obligations under this Contract for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions.
