A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REZONING AT CHESTER BLVD.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes the property at 2030 Chester Boulevard, as a R-2 District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a R-2 P.U.D. District to allow the use of the property for a residential retirement living community
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the property at 2030 Chester Boulevard, and more particularly described
below is hereby changed to a R-2 P.U.D. District to allow the use of the property for a residential retirement living community:
Situated in Sections 20 and 29, Town 16 North, Range 1 West, City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Crestdale subdivision, 4th Addition;
Thence with a west line of Crestdale subdivision, 4th Addition southwardly for 460 feet to a bend point;
Thence continuing with the west line of Crestdale subdivision, 4th Addition, southeastwardly for 351.1 feet to a point at the northeast corner of Crestdale subdivision, 6th Addition;
Thence with the north line of Crestdale subdivision, 6th Addition, westwardly for 163.7 feet to the northeast corner of Capri Lane;
Thence with the north line of Capri Lane and continuing with the north line of Crestale Subdivision, 6th Addition, southwestwardly for 53.5 feet to the northwest corner of Capri Lane;
Thence continuing with the north line of Crestdale subdivision, 6th Addition, southwestwardly for 113 feet to a northwest corner of said 6TH Addition;
Thence with a west line of said Crestdale subdivision, 6th Addition, southwardly for 130 feet;
Thence westwardly for 760 feet to a point;
Thence northwardly for 955 feet to a point;
Thence eastwardly for 900 feet to a point;
Thence southwardly for 25 feet to a place of the beginning; containing 20.1 acres,
Passed and adopted this 4th day of February, 2002, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
