Minimize parking impacts. • Development Intensity: promote small-scale retail and office. Sec. 30-101 A. C - 1, Low -intensity Commercial This district permits the development of land in a low intensity manner, and the provision of uses that provide for the sale of goods and products that are needed throughout the entire Village. The permitted uses shall provide goods and services that primarily serve the residents of the Village.
