A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AWARDING
A CONTRACT TO ~AMBCO, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $137,007.90,
FOR THE UNDERGROUND PROJECT ON ATLANTIC AVENUE BETWEEN
IMPERIAL HIGHWAY AND ABBOTT ROAD AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Underground Project is necessary in the
development of the property located at 10721 Atlantic Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on January 8, 1996, and
Lambco, Inc., was the apparent lowest bidder at 137,007.90; and
WHEREAS, a reference check was conducted and revealed that
this company has the necessary experience for this type of project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the Underground Project, be
awarded to Lambco, Inc., for its low bid of $137,007.90.
Section 2. That the Executive Director is hereby authorized to
execute the agreement between the Agency and Lambco, Inc.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
