LRA RESOLUTION 96-6
A RESOLUTION OF THE LY'NWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TRANSFERRING
$277,650.00 FROM TAX INCREMENT FUND 14-4010 TO AREA "A"
REDEVELOPMENT FUND 12-5026 TO FUND A PROJECT LOCATED IN
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA "A"
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") is a
redevelopment agency duly formed, organized and existing pursuant
to and under the provisions of the State Community Redevelopment
Law (the "Law") (Codified as California Health and Safety Code
Sections 33000 et seq.); and
WHEREAS, the Agency is engaged in carrying out a redevelopment
project in Project Area "A" ("project") pursuant to the
Redevelopment Plan for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has been expediting the Lynwood Center
Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has entered into a service agreement with
a contractor to perform certain utility underground work; and

WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in Tax Increment Fund 14-
NOW THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Agency transfer from Tax Increment Fund 14-4010
to Area "A" Redevelopment Fund 12-5026
