A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ACCEPTING THE UNDERGROUND UTILITY
PROJECT NO. 5-5161, FY 1995-96, AS BEING
COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, on January 16, 1996, the Agency awarded a
contract of $137,007.90 to Lambco, Inc., for the Underground
Utility Project, and
WHEREAS, the project started on February 5, 1996 and
was completed on April 4, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$142,530.90, including one (1) change order of $800.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the Agency accepts the Underground
Utility Project No. 5-5161, as being complete in accordance with
contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of
Mav 1996.
