"As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town will be audio
taping this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape
this meeting they are required to inform the chair."
1. Minutes of June 12, 2013
2. Close the Blacksmith Shop article from Nov of 2008. The balance is $2,515.88
3. Close the Spruce Hill Barn article from Nov of 2008. The balance is $10,250 (after we voted
out $5,000 for the Apothecary)
• CPC vote to release these funds back into the Historic Fund balance prior to the end of FY13
4. Discussion regarding the consideration of creating a Housing Task Force
• The Task Force will review, compare, and analyze all CPC housing projects approved in all 15
Cape Towns.
• This review will be utilized to compare alternatives such as rental vs. ownership, young
families vs. the elderly, and density of units,discussing these matters with other town
committees when appropriate.
• To determine whether any presently owned town land is available for affordable housing and
consider other possible sites.
• Based on this analysis to discuss possible projects with excellent partners available on Cape
Cod.
• The Task Force shall be expected to complete its work within 6 months.
