Town of Leesburg Announces Schedule for Presentation and
Review of Fiscal Year 2015 Town Budget
Leesburg, VA (January 23, 2014) – Leesburg Town Manager John Wells has announced the
schedule for the presentation and review of the Town Budget for fiscal year 2015. The relevant
dates are as follows:
• February 25, 2014: Proposed Budget presentation to the Town Council.
• March 10, 2014: Budget worksession scheduled as part of regular Council
Worksession.
• March 11, 2014: Budget Public Hearing
• March 24, 2014: Budget worksession scheduled as part of regular Council
Worksession.
• April 7, 2014: Tax Rate Public Hearing.
• April 8, 2014: Tax Rate Adoption; Budget/CIP Appropriations
