LRA RESOLUTION NO. 95-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROPRIATING $58,000 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED
FUND BALANCE OF THE 1993 PROPJECT AREA "A" TAX
INCREMENT FUND TO FUND CERTAIN PROJECTS IN
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA "A"
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") is
a redevelopment agency duly formed, organized and existing pursuant
to and under the provisions of the State Community Redevelopment
Law (the "Law") (codified as California Health and Safety Code
Sections 33000 et sea.); and
WHEREAS, the Agency. is engaged in carrying out a
redevelopment project in Project Area "A" ("Project") pursuant to
the Redevelopment Plan for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has been expediting the Long Beach
Downtown Mixed-Use Project and the Atlantic Village homes and other
projects; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has utilized various consultants to
prepare studies and architectural renderings to; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the unappropriated
fund balance of Project Area "A" Tax Increment Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Agency transfer from the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency unappropriated fund balance of the Project
ARea "A" Tax Increment Fund.
