_ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 10925 ATLANTIC AVENUE AND- AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") is
a redevelopment agency duly formed, organized and existing pursuant
to and under the provisions of the State Community Redevelopment
Law (the "Law") (codified as California Health and Safety Code
Sections 33000 et sea.); and
WHEREAS, the Agency is engaged in carrying out a
redevelopment project in Project Area "A" ("Project") pursuant to
the Redevelopment Plan for the Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency is seeking to utilize Section 108
monies for the purchase of the property to assist in the land
assembly for the project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has utilized various soils
consultants to determine that the project is free from
contaminants.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Agency purchase of the property located
at 10925 Atlantic Avenue.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency
this 5th day of July, 1995
