2. Approval of minutes(if any)
3. Executive Session—To Discuss the Acquisition of Real Estate
4. Discussion of Financial Statements—Don Arthur
Discussion of possible policies for approval and oversight of administrative expenditures.
Designation of Authority over Administrative Funds
5. Request from Assistant Town Administrator for $9,999 Administrative Funds for professional
services to survey town parcels committed to affordable housing.
6. Discussion of Housing Project Applications:
Brewster Housing Authority- Brewster Woods request for $600,000 pre-development
funding to leverage development of 50 units of affordable rental public housing on
Town-donated land,using state and Regional funds and Low Income Tax Credits
Habitat for Humanity-request for$600,000 to purchase land for future construction of 6
units of private ownership affordable housing.
7. Eddy School Playground—Keith Gauley-Update and discussion of request for additional
funding for Eddy School Playground Project
8. Any other business that may legally come before the Board which the Chair did not reasonably
anticipate
9. Scheduling of next meeting(s)
