ORDINANCE NO- 61- 2002
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 625 NORTH 19TH STREET AND 1975 HAWKINS ROAD, RICHMOND, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes the properties at 625 North 19th Street and 1975 Hawkins Road as a M-2 District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designations to a C-4 District to allow the use of the properties for construction of mini storage buildings and a construction office.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designations of the properties commonly known as 625 North 19th Street and 1975
Hawkins Road, Richmond, Indiana and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto are hereby changed to a C-4 District to allow the use of the properties for construction
of mini storage buildings and a construction office.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of September, 2002, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
