As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law,the Conservation Commission is informing the
public that this meeting will be audio and video recorded. Anyone else intending to record is required to

Request for Determinations of Conservation Commission jurisdiction:
Jerome J. and Barbara L. Connor request determinations as to whether the area and work—construction of an
addition to an existing dwelling approximately 64 feet from inland wetlands - is subjected to the WPA and WP By-
law—property on 1028 Stony Brook Road,Assessors' Map 36, Parcel 48 (formerly 23/56).
