Alta required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law,the Conservation Commission is informing the
public that this meeting will be audio and video recorded. Anyone else intending to record is required to
inform the Chairman prior to the meeting.

Request for Determinations
Donald and Jean Holm request Conservation Commission jurisdiction as to whether the area and work;
• construction of a 16 by 22-foot addition within approximately 75 feet of inland wetlands, is subject to the WPA
and/or WP By-law; property on 121 Seaview Road, Assessors' Map 126, Parcel 30 (formerly 11/21-20).
Frederick and Maureen Ryan, Ryan Family 2002 RT, request Conservation Commission jurisdiction as to whether
the area and work-razing and replacing an existing dwelling outside of 100 feet to wetlands, and grading and
reconfiguring a pervious driveway within 100 feet of wetlands, is subject to the WPA and/or WP By-law; on 197
