Collection Agreement from Southern Waste Systems to Waste
Management Inc. of Florida
Gentlemen:
Attached are material sections of submittal made by Waste Management Inc. of Florida to the Village's
RFP No. PW-2015-1 for Collection, Transportation, Disposal of Solid Waste and Recycling Services for
Residential Areas. The submittal was made on May 25, 2015. The information contained therein has
not changed in any material way and remains accurate. Waste Management Inc. of Florida is willing to
accept the assignment from Southern Waste Systems and become obligated to the City pursuant to the
terms and conditions of the franchise agreement.
We anticipate closing with Southern Waste Systems before the end of this year and will keep the
Village informed should that schedule change.
