As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law,the Conservation Commission is informing the public that this
meeting will be audio and video recorded. Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the Chairman prior
to the meeting.

Request for Determinations of Conservation Commission jurisdiction
Resilient Family Farms requests Conservation Commission determinations on whether the work, development of
a farm, and the area, are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law-on
2342 Main Street, Assessors Map 78, Parcel 121 (formerly 16/83).
Notices of Intent:
(Continued Hearing)James and Paula Lieb propose to replace existing "fiber roll"erosion control protection on a
coastal dune with an engineering technique consisting of"coir(sand filled) biodegradable, anchored envelopes",
and extend same onto abutting 0 Breakwater Town Landing; and,to replace an existing sand drift fence on both
properties with an alternative version,to plant American beach grass, and maintain all routinely. Properties are
