Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the Chairman prior to the meeting. Public Hearings The following applicants request Determinations of Conservation Commission jurisdiction: Dean Smjeltzer requests determinations as to whether the area, boundaries of resource area(s)and work- upgrade of cesspools to a Title 5 sewage system - depicted on the submitted plan are subject to the WPA and WP By-law,on 53 Sheep Pond Circle,Assessors' Map 73 (formerly 41) Parcel 11 (formerly 71).
