This letter serves as notification of exclusion from applicable industrial stormwater permits.The Department is hereby issuing the no exposure certification MONX00351. Please refer to this number in future correspondence. At any time,the Department may review the eligibility. This certification is void if at any time the facility operation is significantly changed,the facility is physically changed,the facility changes ownership, stormwater from the facility is found to have violated water quality standards, or the facility is not operated in accordance with 10 CSR 20-6.200 (1) (C). Your facility is required to notify the Department in writing within 30 days if any of the above events or conditions have or are going to occur. If you would like the Department to meet with you to discuss how to satisfy any of the no exposure requirements, an appointment can be set up by contacting Mr. Birhanu Kinfe at 314-416-2461. These visits are called Compliance Assistance Visits(CAV). This exclusion is effective December 31,2019 and will expire on December 30,2024. Please reapply for the stormwater exclusion 30 days prior to this date.The State of Missouri certification form is available at this website: https://dnr.mo.gov/env/wpp/stormwater/sw-industrial-permits.htm. If you were adversely affected by this decision, you may be entitled to an appeal before the Administrative Hearing Commission(AHC)pursuant to Sections 644.051.6 and 621.250, RSMo.To appeal,you must file a petition with the AHC within thirty days after the date this decision was mailed or the date it was delivered,whichever date was earlier.
