Home My Public Portal AboutR3647 FIN Depository Bank Resolution - Huntington National BankRESOLUTION NO. 3647 WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3647 will modify the list of Approved Depository Banks attached hereto as Exhibit A by adding The Huntington National Bank as an Approved Depository Bank of the District, and WHEREAS, under provisions of Ordinance No. 14294, Section Two, adopted on December 10, 2015, the list of Approved Depositary Banks may be modified from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees of the District, and WHEREAS, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 14294, adopted on December 10, 2015, has been modified to include The Huntington National Bank as an approved Depository Bank of the District, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the list of Approved Depositary Banks, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved; provided that such list may be modified from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees of the District.
