Dear Honorable Mayor Davey,
As we discussed today, please consider this letter my official notification of my resignation as Village
Manager of the Village of Key Biscayne. I thank you and the Council for granting me the opportunity to
serve this wonderful community.
I have brought forth my mind, heart, and dedication to all of my endeavors in this role, and our
accomplishments were possible only with the incredible work of our committed and capable Village staff.
The Village is responsible, accountable, and thriving. Resident engagement is high and the organization is
well -positioned to execute the community's priorities.
I will take all steps possible to ensure a smooth and effective transition. The residents of Key Biscayne
deserve no less. If it is the will of the Council, I will remain in my position to facilitate this transition
through the end of the calendar year.
I wish you and the Village continued success.
