THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR
THE SALARY OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS AND REPEALING
ORDINANCES NUMBER 132, 159, 172, 198, 219,
SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 121 AND ALL
OTHER CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section I.
Salary Established
There is hereby established and provided a salary of
$24,115.00 per year for the City Administrator of the City of Bel
Aire, Kansas, and a salary of $1,200.00 per year for the Zoning
Administrator of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas, effective January 1,
1994.
Section 2.
Repeal
Ordinances Number 132, 159, 172, 198, 219, and Section 4 of
Ordinance Number 121 are hereby repealed. All other ordinances or
parts of other ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
However, any section of an existing ordinance not in conflict
herewith is not repealed and remains in full force and effect.
Section 3.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
Passed by the City Council this 4TH day of JANUARY
1994.
