Good Afternoon:
Pursuant to Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and Chapter 119, F.S., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain
copies of public records. Specifically, I am seeking to obtain copies the current Franchise Agreement that the Town of Gulf
Stream has with Waste Management and any addendums, extensions, modifications, etc.
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me before filling my request. If it is easier or
more cost effective, provision of these records is acceptable and even preferable via email at kfisch(cDswsfl.com.
Should you deny my request, please state in writing you basis for denial, including the exact statutory citation authorizing
the denial as required by s. 119.07(1)(d), F.S.
I will contact your office within two business days to discuss when I can expect the request to be fulfilled and payment of
