A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING
THE REAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO COVER OUTSTANDING
ENCUMBRANCES AND PROJECT IMPROVEMENT COSTS AT THE END OF
FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHEREAS, purchase orders were issued and invoices
had not been received nor paid for goods and services prior to
June 30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has funded project improvement
costs for F.Y. 1991-92 and project was not completed by June
30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reappropriate funds to
cover payment of outstanding emcumbrances and Project
Improvement costs for year ending June 30, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Chairman and Agency Boardmembers
does hereby order and proclaim as follows:
Section 1. That the Executive Director or his
