A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRED JOERS
TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and
operating under the laws of the State of Iowa, and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted by section 372 of the Code of Iowa, Chapters 16,
17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, of the City Code, the City Council makes various appointments to its
boards and commissions as needed, and;
WHEREAS, the City has open seats on the Board of Adjustments, and;
WHEREAS, Fred Joers has agreed to serve on the City's Board of Adjustments, and;
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint Fred Joers, and;
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE,
IOWA, THAT Fred Joers is appointed to the Board of Adjustments in the role of Chair for a three
year term ending 12/31/2024.
