PRESENT: Chairman Dan Garren; members Roy Hobbs, Bette Lovinus, and Clerk Robyn Keyes. ABSENT: Member Mike Taylor VISITORS: None Chairman Garren asked if anyone had questions or concerns regarding last month's minutes, no one did. PZ member Lovinus made a motion to approve January's minutes. PZ member Hobbs seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion carried. Title 11 Formatting Changes. Chairman Garren and PZ member Lovinus reported that they met with Attorney Storer to go over the recommended changes to Title 11. Attorney Storer said he would make the recommended revisions with a few exceptions such as placement of some of the subtitles. Attorney Storer said that due to the number of revisions to each chapter it would be better to repeal the existing chapter and adopt the new chapter. The Attorney would begin working on the changes. Impact Area Discussion. PZ member Hobbs reported that he met with Donna from Iona Bonneville Sewer District (IBSD). Hobbs obtained a new sewer map of the impact area for the City. Hobbs also said that Ammon had completely separated from IBSD which greatly increased the capacity for new service. Hobbs recommended the City go back to the original impact area increase proposal of increasing the northern boundary to Highway 26. The other Commission members agreed. Chairman Garren said he would schedule a meeting with a County Commissioner since the City was getting no response from Bonneville County Planning and Zoning regarding a response to the impact increase letter. Reports. Chairman Garren asked the PZ members to give recommendations for a new member. Clerk Keyes said Sally Louk might be a good choice and willing to serve on the commission. PZ member Hobbs said he would talk with her to see if she was interested. PZ member Hobbs made a motion to adjourn. PZ member Lovinus seconded the motion. All were in favor. Adjourned 6:55 p.m.
