one did.

Title 11 Formatting Changes. Chairman Garren and PZ member Lovinus reported that they met
with Attorney Storer to go over the recommended changes to Title 11. Attorney Storer said he
would make the recommended revisions with a few exceptions such as placement of some of the
subtitles. Attorney Storer said that due to the number of revisions to each chapter it would be
better to repeal the existing chapter and adopt the new chapter. The Attorney would begin
working on the changes.
Impact Area Discussion. PZ member Hobbs reported that he met with Donna from Iona
Bonneville Sewer District (IBSD). Hobbs obtained a new sewer map of the impact area for the
City. Hobbs also said that Ammon had completely separated from IBSD which greatly increased
the capacity for new service. Hobbs recommended the City go back to the original impact area
increase proposal of increasing the northern boundary to Highway 26.
The other Commission members agreed. Chairman Garren said he would schedule a meeting
with a County Commissioner since the City was getting no response from Bonneville County
Planning and Zoning regarding a response to the impact increase letter.
Reports. Chairman Garren asked the PZ members to give recommendations for a new member.
Clerk Keyes said Sally Louk might be a good choice and willing to serve on the commission. PZ
