A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE PURCHASE OF CENTRIFUGE
CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADES FOR THE UPPER FRASER VALLEY WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
PUBLIC SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures not -to -exceed
$45,000 for the purchase of replacement and upgrade to the centrifuge control system
as outlined by the Treatment Plant Superintendent's staff report and authorizing the
Town Manager to enter into a public services contract with Andritz Separation for this
purchase.
2. This PUBLIC SERVICES CONTRACT must be executed within fiscal year 2016 or this
approval shall no longer be effective.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THIS
20th DAY OF APRIL, 2016.
