PRESENT: Chairman Dan Garren; members Roy Hobbs, Bette Lovinus, Mike Taylor, and Clerk
Robyn Keyes.
VISITORS: Brady Belliston, Cody Haroldsen
Chairman Garren asked if anyone had questions or concerns regarding last month's minutes, no
one did.
PZ member Lovinus made a motion to approve February's minutes.
PZ member Hobbs seconded the motion.
All were in favor. Motion carried.
New Member Discussion. Brady Belliston said he was interested in becoming a Planning and
Zoning member. Mr. Belliston lived on Panorama Hills and was the developer for that area.
After speaking with Mr. Belliston and asking him if he thought there would be a conflict of
interest due to his development interests they decided to recommend to the Council he become a
member.
Title 11 Formatting Changes. The commission discussed the ordinance that Attorney Storer
had created. The Commission noted the changes Attorney Storer made such as:
The protection of water way — Attorney Storer would like to have it to have its own number since
it had nothing to do with what was in that section.
The other correction the Commission wanted was under the conditional section, the Attorney had
the City description as "A" and then the different items listed under "B. The following are
permitted....." The Commission did not like the word permitted because it made it sound like a
person was permitted to do any of those things without getting approval. The Commission wants
it to go back to the paragraph being right behind Conditional Uses and the different items being
listed under that paragraph as A,B,C and so on.
Impact Area Discussion. Clerk Keyes said she would mail the impact area letter.
PZ member Taylor made a motion to adjourn.
PZ member Hobbs seconded the motion.
All were in favor.
