December meeting
Town Hall
7 p.m.
Present Stan Pulnick, Rownak Hussain, Susan Porter, June Harris
Call to order 7:01 p.m. Motion to approve minutes of November meeting. Second
motion. All in favor.
Discussion turned to clarifying request to Town Manager regarding library director
reviews. Susan will supplement earlier correspondence to Town Manager.
Next item on the agenda was Library Director’s report, time line for relocation floor
plan in new space.
Discussed what the Board can do to assist in the library relocation. Rownak suggested
some help with developing and/or hosting programs would be good.
There was discussion about planning a grand opening for the week end after the
temporary library opens.
After all items on the agenda were discussed, a motion to adjourn the meeting was
made and seconded.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 8 p.m.
