PRESENT: Chairman Dan Garren; members Roy Hobbs, Mike Taylor, and Clerk Robyn Keyes. ABSENT: Bette Lovinus. Chairman Garren asked if anyone had questions or concerns regarding last month's minutes, no one did. PZ member Hobbs made a motion to approve February's minutes. PZ member Taylor seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion carried. New Member Discussion. Clerk Keyes informed the commission members that the Council did not approve Brady Belliston as a new Planning and Zoning member due to possible developer conflict of interest Title 11 Formatting Changes. The commission was still waiting for the drafted changes from the City Attorney. Impact Area Discussion. PZ member Hobbs said he would set up a meeting with IBSD to discuss the impact area. PZ member Taylor made a motion to adjourn. PZ member Hobbs seconded the motion. All were in favor. Adjourned 7:15 p.m.
