PRESENT: Chairman Dan Garren; members Roy Hobbs, Mike Taylor, and Clerk Robyn Keyes.
ABSENT: Bette Lovinus.
Chairman Garren asked if anyone had questions or concerns regarding last month's minutes, no
one did.
PZ member Hobbs made a motion to approve April's minutes.
PZ member Taylor seconded the motion.
All were in favor. Motion carried.
Title 11 Formatting Changes. Since there had been so many changes to Title 11, Chairman
Garren said he would organize the changes made and have prepared for next month's meeting.
Impact Area Discussion. PZ member Hobbs said he would set up a meeting with IBSD to
discuss the impact area. Hobbs said he tried to organize a meeting last month but Idaho Falls
Public Works Director had been ill and unable to attend a meeting.
PZ member Taylor made a motion to adjourn.
PZ member Hobbs seconded the motion.
All were in favor.
