WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to zoning have in all matters been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-2 Low Density Residential to RA-1 High Density Residential: Part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 14, Township 44, Range 12, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: From the southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 14; thence North 4 degrees 29 minutes west, along the quarter Section line, 591.24 feet, to the beginning point of this description; thence South 88 degrees 06 minutes east, 570.89 feet, to the westerly line of Vieth Drive; thence North 14 degrees 14 minutes east, along the westerly line of Vieth Drive, 168.76 feet; thence continuing along said westerly line, on a curve to the right, having a radius of 1686.74 feet, a distance of 131 .24 feet; thence North 79 degrees 03 minutes west, 693.46 feet, to the quarter section line; thence South 4 degrees 29 minutes east, along the quarter section line, 403.50 feet, to the beginning point of this description. Containing 5.00 acres, more or less. Section 2.
