WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating to zoning have in all matters been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
