AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 5 ACRES GENERALLY
DESCRIBED AS THE SUNSET COURT AND MCKAY COURT AREA,
CONSISTING OF 21 PROPERTY PARCELS, FROM RD TO RS-4.
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the zoning code relating
to zoning have in all matters been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The real estate contained within the boundaries as shown on
Exhibit A is hereby rezoned from RD, RS-3, and RS-2 to RS-4 and RS-2, as
shown on Exhibit A.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
