RESOLUTION 2016-05-02
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE QUEST
WHEREAS, On April 20, 2016 Rocky Mountain Adventure Quest proposed development of an
aerial adventure park at 120 Zerex and the Town Board believes this may be of public benefit.
WHEREAS, additional feasibility work and site analysis is necessary to further develop the
proposal and such work requires approval from the Town to work on Town property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
The Town Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding
with Rocky Mountain Adventure Quest authorizing them to conduct site analysis and
other necessary work to complete development of a project proposal provided that all
such work is done in a safe manner, the work site is appropriately secured, any
contractors have proper liability protection, and the site is restored to its prior condition.
This makes no commitment of a license agreement and all such work is done at the risk
of Rocky Mountain Adventure Quest.

TRUSTEES THIS 4th DAY OF MAY, 2016.
