Work Session MEETING MINUTES
Monday May 6, 2013 at 6:15 pm
Stony Brook Elementary School,Town Meeting
Vice Chairman John Leaning convened the Planning Board meeting at 6:30 pm in the Brewster Town Office Building with members:Jason
Kiump,William Hoag,and Elizabeth Taylor present.
Absent:John McMullen, Rick Judd,Scott Collum
Other attendees:Sue Leven

The Board met in classroom#032 prior to the Town Meeting for discussion of zoning by-law presentations.
The presentations are for Signs, Parking, Bed & Breakfast, and Special Event Venue Policy.
Kiump asked Leven about the Parking by-law, which failed last year at Town Meeting. Leven explained that the new by-
law is properly in front of Town Meeting since it has changed and was supported by the Board.
Hoag made a Motion,to adjourn,Taylor Second,All Aye,Vote 4-0.
The meeting ended at 6:40 pm.
The next regular meeting is 5-8-13 t 6:30 pm.
