CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE
FOR 59 ROOSEVELT AVENUE
WHEREAS, Harold Seymore of 59 Roosevelt Avenue has requested a Handicapped
Parking Space; and
WHEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking space; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space; and
WHEREAS, Roosevelt Avenue is a County Road and said Handicapped Parking Space
is subject to approval by Middlesex County Department of Engineering; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Space shall
be designated;
HAROLD SEYMORE
59 ROOSEVELT AVENUE
Adopted this 17th day of May, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 18, 2001.
