The Planning Board seeks comment from the public on regulations for the location and operation of medical
marijuar!a dispensaries within the Town of Brewster. The Board is in the process of reviewing options
including location, size, security and distance to schools, recreation fields, churches, and camps. The Board is
using the state regulations as a guide.
